Comparing Multiple Quotes
RFQmatch provides powerful comparison tools to help you evaluate supplier responses effectively:
Accessing the Comparison View
- Go to /dashboard/rfqs
- Click on your RFQ to view all responses
- Click "Compare Quotes" button above the responses list
- Select 2-5 quotes you want to compare
What You Can Compare
- Pricing: Unit prices, total costs, and volume discounts
- Lead Times: Production and delivery schedules
- Specifications: Materials, certifications, quality standards
- Supplier Ratings: Reviews, completion rate, response time
- Terms: Payment terms, minimum order quantities, warranties
