How to Invite from the Directory
- Go to the Supplier Directory
- Browse or search for suppliers matching your needs
- Click on a supplier profile to view their details
- Click the "Invite to RFQ" button
- Select which RFQ you want to invite them to
- Add an optional message and send
Works for Both Public and Private RFQs
- Public RFQs: The supplier receives a notification encouraging them to view and request access
- Private RFQs: The supplier gets immediate access to view and bid (marked with a "Private" badge)
