How do I create an RFQ?

Log in to your buyer account, navigate to 'My RFQs', and click 'Create RFQ'. Follow the step-by-step form to describe your requirements.

How do credits work?

Credits are used to unlock access to RFQs (for suppliers) or to feature your RFQs (for buyers). You can purchase credit packages from your dashboard.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

Credits are non-refundable but never expire. They remain in your account until used.

How do I request access to an RFQ?

As a supplier, browse available RFQs and click 'Request Access' on any RFQ that matches your capabilities. The buyer will review and approve or deny your request.

What happens after my quote is accepted?

Once a buyer accepts your quote, you will receive a notification. You can then communicate directly with the buyer to finalize details and begin fulfilling the order.
