- Open the quote details
- Click "Accept Quote" button
- Review and confirm terms
- The supplier will be notified automatically
- Proceed with order arrangements via messaging
To Reject a Quote:
- Select the quote
- Click "Decline Quote"
- Optionally provide feedback (recommended)
- The supplier receives a professional notification
