How Guest RFQs Work
- Create your RFQ - Fill in your requirements, specifications, and timeline just like a registered user
- Provide your email - We need your email to send you a magic link for secure access
- Access via magic link - Check your inbox for a secure link to view and manage your RFQ
- Receive bids - Suppliers can discover and respond to your RFQ
Guest RFQ Limitations
While guest RFQs let you get started quickly, there are some limitations:
- No AI supplier suggestions - Automated supplier matching only works for registered accounts
- Limited to one active RFQ - Create an account to manage multiple RFQs
- No saved preferences - Your company profile and settings will not be saved
- Magic link access only - You will need to use the email link each time (no password login)
Converting to a Full Account
When you are ready for the full experience, you can convert your guest session to a permanent account:
- Click Create Account from your RFQ dashboard
- Set a password for your account
- Your existing RFQ and any bids will be automatically linked to your new account
- Unlock AI supplier suggestions, multiple RFQs, and all premium features
We recommend creating an account once you are ready to seriously engage with suppliers, as it unlocks powerful features like AI-powered supplier matching.
