When you publish an RFQ, our AI automatically searches for and recommends suppliers that match your requirements. This saves you hours of manual research and helps you discover qualified suppliers you might not have found otherwise.
How It Works
- Publish your RFQ - Once your RFQ goes live, the AI analysis begins automatically
- AI analyzes requirements - We extract key details like industry, materials, certifications, and location preferences
- Supplier discovery - Our system searches multiple data sources to find matching suppliers
- Scoring and ranking - Each supplier is scored based on relevance to your specific needs
- Review recommendations - Suggestions appear in your RFQ dashboard within minutes
Reviewing AI Suggestions
AI-suggested suppliers appear in the Suggested Suppliers card on your RFQ page. For each suggestion, you will see:
- Company name and location - Basic company information
- Relevance score - How well they match your requirements (shown as a percentage)
- Why they match - A brief explanation of why this supplier was recommended
Taking Action
For each suggested supplier, you can:
- Approve - Mark as a good match. Approved suppliers can be invited with one click.
- Reject - Not a fit for this RFQ. This helps improve future suggestions.
- Invite All Approved - Send invitations to all approved suppliers at once
What Happens When You Invite
When you invite an AI-suggested supplier:
- They receive an email notification about your RFQ
- They can view your RFQ details and submit a bid
- You will be notified when they respond
Availability
AI supplier matching is available for:
- All registered accounts (free and paid plans)
- Published RFQs only (not drafts)
Note: Guest RFQs do not receive AI suggestions. Create an account to unlock this feature.
