How do I manage and track my private RFQ invitations?

You can view and manage all invitations for your private RFQ from the RFQ detail page.

Viewing Invitation Status

On your RFQ detail page, you'll see an "Invitations" panel showing:

• Pending: Supplier has been invited but hasn't responded yet
• Accepted: Supplier has accepted and can submit a bid
• Declined: Supplier has declined the invitation
• Email Pending: Email sent to non-registered supplier, awaiting signup

Understanding Email Invitations

When you invite someone by email who isn't on RFQmatch:

1. They receive an email with your invitation
2. The invitation stays "pending" until they create an account
3. When they sign up with that email, they automatically get access
4. Email invitations expire after 30 days if not converted

Re-sending or Canceling Invitations

• You can cancel pending invitations at any time
• For email invites, you can resend the invitation email
• Accepted invitations cannot be revoked (supplier already has access)
