Answer: Once you have access to an RFQ, submit your response through the RFQ detail page with pricing, terms, delivery schedule, and any required documents.
Steps to Submit Response:
- Go to My RFQs and select an approved RFQ
- Review the full RFQ details, specifications, and requirements
- Download any reference documents from the Documents tab
- Click "Submit Response" button
- Complete the response form with line item pricing, payment terms, delivery schedule, and validity period
- Upload supporting documents
- Review and submit
Note: You can save your response as a draft and return to complete it before the deadline.
