Claiming Your Company Profile
If your company appears in the RFQmatch supplier directory but shows as "Unclaimed", you can claim it and take full ownership.
What is an unclaimed profile?
Unclaimed profiles are company listings that have been:
- Generated by our AI system as potential suppliers for RFQs
- Added to our directory but not yet owned by anyone
- Marked with an "Unclaimed" badge in the supplier directory
How to claim a profile:
- Browse the supplier directory at
/suppliers - Find your company - Look for profiles with the "Unclaimed" badge
- Click "Claim This Profile" button on your company's card
- Fill in the claim form with:
- Your full name
- Your work email address (must match company domain for faster approval)
- Your position in the company
- Reason for claiming (brief explanation of your relationship to the company)
- Submit the request - Our admin team will be notified immediately via email
- Wait for approval - Typically within 24-48 hours
- Receive confirmation - You'll get an email when approved
After your claim is approved:
Once approved, the company profile is linked to your account and you gain full control:
- Edit all company information (name, description, services, contact details)
- Upload your company logo and images
- Add or remove services and capabilities
- Manage team members and office locations
- Control profile visibility (public or private)
- View and respond to RFQ opportunities
Verification for faster approval:
Claims are approved faster when:
- Your email domain matches the company website (e.g., claiming "techsolutions.com" with email @techsolutions.com)
- You provide specific details about your role in the company
- The company information in our directory is accurate
What if my company isn't in the directory?
If your company doesn't appear in our directory yet, you can create a new supplier profile directly:
- Sign up for an account at
/auth/signup - Complete your profile setup
- Your profile will appear in the supplier directory automatically
