Production process follows four phases: careful wood selection, natural seasoning, shaping and toasting of staves using water and fire, and final assembly, producing barrels with capacities from 0.5 to 2000 liters. Woods include oak, chestnut, mulberry, ash, juniper, cherry, acacia, walnut, pear, and apple. Beyond barrels, ArteBotti creates derived items such as accessories, bottle holders, furniture elements, displays, and solid wood tables from olive, oak, walnut, cedar of Lebanon, Swedish pine, and more, all with a distinctive, recognizable style.
