Notification Troubleshooting
If you're missing important notifications, follow these steps:
Check Notification Settings
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Verify email notifications are enabled
- Ensure specific event types are selected
- Save any changes made
Email Delivery Issues
- Check spam folder: Mark RFQmatch emails as "Not Spam"
- Whitelist our domain: Add @rfqmatch.com to your safe senders
- Verify email address: Ensure your email is correct and verified
- Check email filters: Review any email rules that might block notifications
Browser Notifications
- Enable browser notifications in your browser settings
- Allow notifications for rfqmatch.com
- Check if "Do Not Disturb" mode is enabled
Account Status
- Verify your account is active and in good standing
- Check if email verification is pending
- Ensure your subscription includes notification features
