Steps to Resolve
- Go to Credits page
- Check the payment error message for specific details
- Update your billing information if needed
- Try the payment again
- Use an alternative payment method if available
Bank Authorization
Some banks may block online transactions for security. If this happens:
- Call your bank to authorize RFQmatch payments
- Inform them it's a legitimate business transaction
- Ask them to whitelist our payment processor
Alternative Solutions
- Try a different credit/debit card
- Use PayPal if available
- Contact our billing team for manual invoice payment
