How do I change my notification preferences?

Customize how and when you receive notifications from RFQmatch:

Managing Notifications

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Click on "Notifications" tab
3. Toggle each notification type on/off
4. Select preferred delivery method (email, in-app, both)

Notification Types

For Buyers:

• New quotes received on your RFQs
• Supplier messages and clarifications
• RFQ expiration reminders
• Credit balance alerts

For Suppliers:

• New RFQs matching your profile
• Buyer messages and requests
• Quote acceptance/rejection
• Payment confirmations

Email Frequency

Choose notification frequency:

• Instant (as they happen)
• Daily digest (once per day)
• Weekly summary

You can always access all notifications in your dashboard even if email is disabled.
