Customize how and when you receive notifications from RFQmatch:
Managing Notifications
- Go to Account Settings
- Click on "Notifications" tab
- Toggle each notification type on/off
- Select preferred delivery method (email, in-app, both)
Notification Types
For Buyers:
- New quotes received on your RFQs
- Supplier messages and clarifications
- RFQ expiration reminders
- Credit balance alerts
For Suppliers:
- New RFQs matching your profile
- Buyer messages and requests
- Quote acceptance/rejection
- Payment confirmations
Email Frequency
Choose notification frequency:
- Instant (as they happen)
- Daily digest (once per day)
- Weekly summary
You can always access all notifications in your dashboard even if email is disabled.
