How do I delete my account?

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account anytime.

Before deleting:

• Export your data - Download RFQs, quotes, messages
• Complete active RFQs - Finish ongoing projects
• Use remaining credits - Credits are non-refundable but remain valid for 3 years after your last sign-in
• Cancel subscriptions - Stop recurring payments

Deletion process:

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Scroll to "Danger Zone"
3. Click "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion (this is permanent)

Your data will be deleted within 30 days per GDPR requirements. Contact Support if you need help.
