Control what notifications you receive and how:
Accessing Notification Settings
- Go to /dashboard/company/profile
- Click "Notification Settings"
- Configure preferences by category
- Save changes
Notification Categories
For Buyers:
- New quotes received
- Quote updates or revisions
- Messages from suppliers
- RFQ expiration reminders
For Suppliers:
- New RFQs matching your criteria
- Access granted to RFQs
- Messages from buyers
- Quote deadline reminders
Delivery Methods
Choose how to receive notifications:
- Email: Instant or digest format
- In-app: Notifications in your dashboard
- SMS: For urgent updates (premium feature)
Quiet Hours
Set times when you don't want to receive notifications, ensuring work-life balance.
