Controlling Information Visibility
Manage what information is visible to other platform users.
Profile Privacy Settings
- Go to Settings → Privacy
- Choose visibility for each field:
- Public - Visible to all users
- Authenticated - Only logged-in users
- Private - Hidden from everyone
- Save your preferences
What You Can Control
- Company name and logo
- Contact email and phone
- Business description
- Certifications and capabilities
- Past RFQ activity
Best Practices
- Make capabilities public to get more RFQs
- Keep direct contact info private initially
- Share contact after building trust
- Review privacy settings quarterly
