Our Approach to Security
RFQmatch implements reasonable security measures to protect the Platform and user data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure with built-in security features. Our systems are hosted across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We implement encryption for sensitive data at rest where technically feasible.
We implement role-based access controls and authentication mechanisms. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials.
Our infrastructure is distributed across data centers in the USA, Canada, and EU, utilizing reputable cloud service providers.
Geographic Distribution
RFQmatch operates infrastructure and processes data in multiple jurisdictions including the United States, Canada, and European Union member states. Data may be transferred between these regions for operational purposes. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.
