If you can only see basic RFQ information (title, category, deadline), it means:
- You haven't requested access yet - Click "Request Access"
- Your access request is pending - Wait for buyer approval
- Your access was denied - The buyer chose not to share details with you
Once approved, you'll have full access to specifications and can submit quotes.
