Go to Settings > Notifications to configure:
- RFQ Alerts - Get notified when new RFQs match your categories
- Message Notifications - Email alerts for new messages
- Quote Updates - Notifications when buyers respond to your quotes
You can choose email frequency: instant, daily digest, or weekly summary.
