A complete profile builds trust and increases your success on RFQmatch. Here's how to optimize your profile:
Access Your Profile Settings
Navigate to Company Profile Settings from your dashboard menu.
Essential Information
Fill in these required fields:
- Company Name - Your official business name
- Industry & Categories - What you do
- Location - Country, region, and city
- Company Size - Number of employees
- Year Founded
- Website URL
Company Description
Write a compelling description (300-500 words) that includes:
- What your company does
- Your key products or services
- Your competitive advantages
- Major clients or projects (if applicable)
- Geographic coverage
Visual Branding
- Company Logo - Upload a high-quality logo (PNG, 500x500px recommended)
- Cover Image - Optional banner image for your profile
For Suppliers: Additional Details
Supplier accounts should also add:
- Certifications - ISO, industry-specific, quality standards
- Capabilities - Manufacturing, services, expertise areas
- Production Capacity
- Minimum Order Quantities
- Lead Times
- Export Markets
Contact Information
Add multiple contact methods:
- Primary contact person and title
- Phone number
- Alternative email
- Physical address
Billing Details (Buyers)
Set up billing for credits:
- Navigate to Billing Settings
- Add VAT/Tax ID
- Enter billing address
- Set up payment method
